Founded in 2014, in Grenoble, by Dr. Johann Foucher, Pollen is a deep-tech software company dedicated to advanced process control for the semiconductor and advanced materials industries.

 

From the beginning, Pollen addressed a fundamental challenge: manufacturing data was fragmented across tools, inspection systems, metrology equipment, and fab databases. Traditional software operated in silos.

 

Pollen introduced a new approach: Collaborative AI.

 

Today, Pollen develops Smart3, a modular AI-driven software layer that connects heterogeneous process data — including images, spectra, point clouds, time-series, design, and tabular data — into a unified intelligence framework.
